Summary:
Brixton approached Shyft Global to design a collection of bags to complement their iconic apparel line. The Commuter Collection needed to reflect the active lifestyle of their audience while withstanding urban and beachside weather conditions. We began with a backpack, duffel, and tech case.

We designed the collection with water-resistant tarpaulin and ballistic nylon, and added a simple hat clip to carry Brixton’s iconic headwear. We gave the duffel a clamshell opening, compression straps, and skateboard straps on the base to make packing for longer trips. Together with the backpack and tech case, the collection works accommodates multi-day travel and everyday commutes.
